Mr. Oudaa is a Mauritanian journalist, media professional, and community development consultant based in Nouadhibou. Mr. Oudaa holds a BA in Literature from the University of Nouakchott and a Diploma in Media, Communication, and Marketing from Al-Ahram Regional Institute for Journalism in Egypt. He has served as a correspondent, founding member, and Editor-in-Chief of local news platforms. He is a National Commissioner of the Mauritanian Scouts and Guides, and an active scouting leader. He also manages development projects and works in youth development, reproductive health services, and theater.
