Ronald Ramlogan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Employers’ Consultative Association of Trinidad and Tobago (ECA), the single largest Association of employers in Trinidad and Tobago, and a dedicated advocate for a stronger, more resilient and informed employer community.

Having joined the ECA in 2014, he previously led other functional areas including Public Relations and Events, Research, Advocacy, Training and Development, and Membership Management. He has also sat on several sub-committees of the Board of Directors including industrial relations, communications, ICT and membership.

He is a former member of the Standing National Labour Market Council of Trinidad and Tobago and a key employer representative at national, regional and international consultations and dialogues on labour and social policy and legislation.

Ronald holds an MBA (with Merit) from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, USA. He is also a proud graduate of the inaugural Global Employers’ Young Professionals Academy of the International Organisation of Employers (IOE).
