Pam has over two years of experience in the mining sector and governance. He has been extensively involved in implementing good governance and identifying risks and incidents in various supply chains in the Lualaba and Haut-Katanga provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Before joining The Centre, Pam worked as a Monitor at RCS Global, a leading supply chain consultancy. He was also an administrative secretary at the Diocesan Coordination of Catholic Charter Schools/KAPOLOWE.

Since March 2023, he has held the position of Case Coordinator & Administration Manager in Kolwezi.

Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in Networking and Telecommunications and several certificates.
