Noureddine Boutayeb

President

President of the Moroccan Foundation for Early Childhood Education (FMPS).
A graduate engineer from École Centrale Paris in 1979, he also holds a Master’s degree (DEA) in soil mechanics and an engineering degree from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (1981). He further holds an MBA from the École des Ponts Business School (2001).

In 1982, he began his professional career in the private sector as Deputy Managing Director of the Ingema Group. In July 2003, he joined the civil service following his appointment by His Majesty King Mohammed VI as Director of Rural Affairs at the Ministry of the Interior.

In March 2006, the King appointed Mr. Boutayeb as Wali (Governor), Director General of Local Authorities at the Ministry of the Interior, and then, in March 2010, as Wali, Secretary General of the same ministry. In April 2017, His Majesty King Mohammed VI appointed him Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Interior.

On November 16, 2021, Mr. Boutayeb was appointed President of the Moroccan Preschool Foundation by its Board of Directors, a personal role he has held ever since with commitment and determination.
