Advocate Lindiwe Sephomolo is the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Lesotho Employers and Business.
She is an advocate of the Courts of Lesotho, a specialist in labour law, a seasoned negotiator and policy specialist with over 25 years post legal qualification.
She is passionate about business development and trade. Her postgraduate studies include courses in the area of labour Law, trade and policy, lobbying and advocacy, governance, disaster law and occupational health and safety.
She is fierce defender of tripartism and social dialogue. She sits on numerous boards and committees nationally, regionally and internationally representing employers.
