Adriano Bolchini
Child Labour Specialist
Adriano Bolchini is a Child Labour Specialist in FAO’s Rural Transformation and Gender Equality Division (ESP). He holds a master’s degree in Public Affairs and European Studies from the University of Sciences Po in Paris.
He previously worked as a Junior Policy Officer at the International Labour Organization (ILO) Office for the European Union and the Benelux countries and then joined FAO in 2020. He supported the implementation of child labour prevention initiatives in Honduras, Uganda, Mali, Ghana and from Panama. He co-leads FAO’s DIGICHILD Initiative on upscaling child labour risk assessment through georeferenced data.
