H.E. Dr. Abdulhalim Dogan serves as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Labour of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and chairs the Jordanian Equal Pay Committee. He holds a PhD in Supreme Financial Control and brings extensive experience in public administration, policy development, and the management of national programmes. Previously, he served as Assistant Secretary General at the Ministry of Agriculture and as Director of the Jordanian Risk Management Fund, and he has also held the position of Chief Executive/General Manager of several private sector companies. Dr. Dogan is a Board Member of the National Centre for Human Resources Development, Vice Chair of the Board of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Support Fund, a member of the Strategic Studies Forum, and a member of the Public Policy Forum in Jordan. In addition to his governmental responsibilities, he contributes to academia as a part-time lecturer at a Jordanian university.
