The film follows a brilliant nine-year-old girl working in a garment factory in India. When she gets a chance to attend school, she must make a difficult choice for her and her sister’s future. Following the screening, a conversation with producer Alexandra Blaney will explore how film and narrative can elevate lived experiences, shift public awareness, and inspire real-world action to end child labour.  The film is also available to watch on Netflix.
