Agenda

The Conference brings together the ILO’s tripartite constituents and partners to accelerate the elimination of child labour through a programme that combines:

  • High-level plenaries
  • Eleven thematic sessions addressing priority issues for eliminating child labour
  • Eight interactive sessions fostering active engagement among practitioners
  • Partner-led side events
  • A dynamic Innovation Fair

Thematic coverage includes: transition to formality, education and child protection, child labour in agriculture, decent work for adults and young people, worst forms of child labour, supply chains, online exploitation of children, mental health, sustainable financing, and  (Inter)regional cooperation

Across all sessions, the focus is on linking evidence to action—scaling proven solutions and strengthening the enabling environment through social dialogue, social protection, labour inspection, and decent work creation.

Interactive sessions will feature data innovation, strategic foresight, next-generation targets, and resilience to emerging risks.

The proceedings will culminate in the adoption of a Conference Outcome Document, anchoring renewed commitment, accountability, and coordinated delivery by 2030.
