Elspeth Chapman is the Strategic Partnerships and Advocacy Specialist at the Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action. She has more than 15 years of experience in humanitarian action, specialising in child protection programming and advocacy in crisis and conflict-affected settings, and has worked with INGOs and UN agencies across contexts including Afghanistan, the Syria crisis response (Jordan and Lebanon), the State of Palestine, Libya, and South Sudan. In her current role, she works to ensure that the needs and protection of children are consistently prioritised in humanitarian responses.
