Yann Wyss is Nestlé’s Global Head for Social Impact and Human Rights, leading the company’s just transition agenda and the implementation of its human rights program. He began his career at the Swiss Foreign Ministry and worked with UN Special Representative Pr. John Ruggie on Business & Human Rights. He joined Nestlé in 2011 from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where he contributed to developing IFC’s Performance Standards and advised clients on social and human rights issues. Yann holds three Master’s degrees in International Human Rights Law, Economics & Social Sciences, and Political Science.
