Ms. Lucia Soleti is an experienced international child protection professional with over 16 years of programme delivery in child protection and human rights across humanitarian and development contexts, including 14 years with UNICEF. Currently leading the Child Protection Section at UNICEF Ghana, she has demonstrated leadership in child protection systems strengthening, violence against children, alternative care and child protection in emergencies. Her technical expertise is complemented by strong managerial experience, including coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, as well as a proven ability to mobilize resources and advance strategic partnerships and donor relations.
