Key achievements include leading ILO negotiations, resulting in the approved Technical Cooperation Programme and closure of an international complaint (2017-2020 implementation). He contributed to major labour legislation reviews (e.g., Labour Law and Minimum Wage Law amendments), helped sign 37 expatriate worker agreements, and was recognized as a human trafficking hero in the 2021 US State Department report.
