Vice Minister of Labor for Vulnerable Sectors and Child Labor, lawyer with postgraduate studies in Administrative and Labor Law and in International Business and Economic Relations. She has extensive experience in social dialogue and labor counseling, and has represented workers before the ILO. From her position she promotes key policies and programs for the prevention and eradication of child labor in the Dominican Republic, including the certification of Child Labor Free Companies (ELTI-RD) and labor inclusion strategies for vulnerable groups.
