Mr Mkika has 18 years of experience in the management of human resources and strategical development programs, with special focus, during the past ten years, on social and humanitarian coordination as coordinatrice of humanitarian programs : Fondation Orient Occident (interculturality and migration programs) ; Alkaram (assistance and protection of people in situation of vulnérabilty) ; IOM (protection and assistance of children no acompagnated and separated); fight against human trafficking.
