Ms. Jyotsna Shrestha Subba is a prominent entrepreneur with core expertise in the gems and jewellery sector, serving as Proprietor of Sayapatri (Marigold) Jewellers and Managing Director of Marigold Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. Her business leadership also extends to export–import, trading, hospitality sectors, holding key positions in several national and international companies and institutions. She has been actively involved with FNCCI for over a decade and represents employers in various tripartite committees, including the Central Labour Advisory Council, Minimum Wage Fixation Committee, Alliance 7.8 and Global Accelerator on Job and Social Protection.
Ms.Subba is the Immediate Past President of the Nepal Gems and Jewellery Association, an Executive Committee Member of the SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Secretary of the Nepal–Brazil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and an Executive Committee Member of the Nepal–Australia and UAE Chambers of Commerce. She also serves as a Member of the National Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) and the Board of Trade under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and
Supplies.
