Nicola Grande
Sustainable Procurement Manager
Nicola Grande is a Fair Procurement & Risk Manager at Swisscom, where she works with her team to advance responsible supply chain practices, with a strong focus on human rights due diligence and supplier engagement. Together, they design and implement targeted development programs that strengthen sustainability performance across the supply chain, particularly among lower-tier suppliers.
Next to facilitating Swisscom`s yearly Audit campaign, Nicola helps to coordinate and orchestrate broader industry efforts in the Human Rights sphere through her role as co-lead of the Human Rights Due Diligence workstream and deputy board member at the Joint Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility (JAC). In this role, she collaborates with peers across the sector to promote systemic impact through knowledge exchange and collective action.
Before joining Swisscom, Nicola earned an MSc in Public Policy and Human Development in Maastricht. Her early work in research focused on the intersection of energy transitions, land rights, and community engagement—an experience that continues to shape her commitment to inclusive and transformative approaches in sustainability and procurement.
