Dr. S. M. Fahimuddin Pasha is the Director of Workers’ Rights at the International Trade Union Confederation Asia Pacific (ITUC-AP). His work focuses on advancing trade-union action to eliminate child labour, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. He supports affiliates through labour-law reform, protection of workers in the informal economy, and social-protection programmes that address the root causes of child labour.
He holds dual Master’s degrees and a PhD in Industrial Sociology
