Sustainability Manager Coffee and Ingredients
Aude TRAORE brings extensive expertise in sustainable development, having led community initiatives across Africa and built strategic partnerships between corporations and farming communities to create responsible supply chains.
She spent nearly a decade in the shea industry, working between Burkina Faso and Benin, where she set, managed, and enhanced a sustainable sourcing program that reached over 300,000 women shea collectors throughout West Africa. In 2024, Aude joined Touton, where she immersed herself in the coffee and vanilla supply chains. Her work has included focused engagement on child labour issues, particularly in Uganda as a Child Labour Platform member, closely following the inter-agency CLEAR Supply Chains project funded by the European Union, and implementing Human Rights Due Diligence strategies and Child Labour Monitoring and Remediation Systems for Touton.
Throughout her career, Aude has collaborated with multinational corporations, NGOs, consultants, public organizations, industry experts, and inter-professional bodies, developing strong partnership skills that enable impactful project delivery.
