Stefano is a senior executive at Ferrero, currently serving as the head of HCo (Hazelnut Company) Responsible Sourcing for the Ferrero Group since 2022.

Based in Luxembourg, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the development and deployment of the responsible sourcing strategy for the Hazelnut Company in line with the ethical and environmental sustainability commitment of the Ferrero group. Stefano has spent over 25 years with the confectionary giant, holding various high-level positions across quality, technology, and sustainability. He represents Ferrero in commodity specific sustainability platforms.

With a long experience on cocoa & palm oil, he is also one of the founders in 2012 of Ampelos, an Italian NGO operating in East Africa.
