Selma van der Haar, MSc, is a researcher and advisor at KIT’s Sustainable Economic Development Department. Her work focuses on responsible business conduct in global value chains with a specific focus on tree crop producing smallholders in Africa (cocoa, coffee, cashew, palm). She specialises in sustainable agricultural development and living income and leads KITs child labour research programme.
