Ntoma Ndambélé

Ntoma Ndambélé is a Congolese lawyer admitted to the Bar of the Kinshasa Court of Appeal. Born in Kinshasa on 28 November 1980, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Private and Judicial Law from Cardinal Malula Christian University and a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid from KALU Institute (Spain), in partnership with the University of the Americas and the Caribbean.

He has served as Adviser to the President of the Senate and to several senior government officials, including the Minister of State for Justice, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, and the Minister of Transport and Communication. Currently, he is Director of the Children Associated with Armed Forces and Groups unit within the Disarmament, Demobilization, Community Recovery and Stabilization Programme, a specialized service of the Presidency of the Republic of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He also serves as an expert in the Joint Technical Working Group supporting the implementation of the Action Plan on Children and Armed Conflict between the Government of the DRC and the United Nations.
