Ms. Jacqueline Mugo, EBS is the Executive Director & CEO of the Federation of Kenya Employers. A lawyer by profession and advocate of the High Court of Kenya, she has rich experience in employment law, labour relations, strategic leadership, human resource, management, and governance, among others. Jacqueline is serving as the president of the International Organization of Employers  (IOE) being the first African woman to be elected in this position. She is a titular member of the Governing Body of the ILO and serves as the Secretary-General of BUSINESS Africa Employers’ Confederation, the employers’ representative body in Africa.

At the national level, Jacqueline has served as a Board Member and Commissioner on a wide range of governance boards in the public administration, energy, labour, health, and education sectors. Her work has been recognized through various presidential and international awards.
