Julius Cainglet is the Vice President for Research, Advocacy and Partnerships at the Federation of Free Workers (FFW).
With a career dedicated to social justice, Julius spearheads the organisation’s strategic research and policy advocacy, focusing on labour law reform and the promotion of decent work. He represents Filipino workers within several high-level tripartite bodies and international networks, including the ITUC Trade Union Development Cooperation Network and the Asia Pacific Regional CSO Engagement Mechanism (APRCEM). His recent work has been pivotal in addressing the intersection of labour rights, climate change, and the digital transition.
