Interactive sessions are a new format introduced at the 6th Global Conference to complement the main agenda. These are a smaller, workshop-style sessions of up to 50 participants, designed to promote peer learning, active participation, knowledge sharing and direct engagement among practitioners.
This session will examine the application of predictive models in small areas to identify and assess the risk of child labour, as well as to strengthen the link between knowledge and policy action aimed at preventing and eliminating child labour. Small-area estimation seeks to generate more finely territorially disaggregated information and to support the development of risk maps that allow for the analysis of child labour incidence at both national and local levels.
